Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Adorn My Wish are eligible for exchange within one week of delivery. In case of exchange, you will have to courier the product back to us. This cost will be borne by the customer.
- Please note that a product can be exchanged only once.
- We don't accept exchanges for customised orders.
- Please note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for exchanges or refunds.

- Please ensure that the product is unused, and within the original packaging. Exchanges that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
- Customized products are non-exchangeable.
