RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.

In the unlikely event if the products delivered to you are damaged or different from the order, please inform us within 48 hours by sending us a WhatsApp message at +91 9910487019, +91 9654556150 or writing to us at adornmywish@gmail.com. Our team will happily assist you. Do not forget to mention your Order Number.

(Please Note:-We request all our customers to create an unboxing video as soon as they receive a product. No product will be exchanged if there is no video)

Please share photographs/videos of the damaged product when making a request. We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost and shall deliver the same within 7-10 days of receiving the request for return.

Our returns policy is as follows:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our above terms and conditions.
  • Minor variations from piece to piece are the characteristics of a handmade product. Our products contain acrylic, crystal stones and other elements which may have some natural irregularities. This is a natural feature and will not be considered as a defect.
  • All resin products are fragile and breakable in nature.
  • All returns/ exchanges/ replacements if any, will be at our discretion

 We do not accept return or exchange requests for made to order and customized products.

REFUND POLICY

  • We do not provide refund of cash, but don't worry, your money is safe with us. You can use it the next time you purchase anything from our site.
